I can not say enough good things about Lake Dallas Roofing & Restorations. First let me say that I have not been the easiest client. Insurance was a nightmare with not 1 but 3 different inspectors assigned and at least 5 wasted visits to my house.
The first inspector:
Canceld the first appointment due to weather.
On second appointment he went to the wrong house and closed the case because he was denied entry.
The second inspector:
Scheduled the wrong date and wouldn’t take ownership of the mistake.
Then refused to give a window of time shorter than 5 hours.
Then refused to cancel her inspection when I changed my claim from wind to hail.
The third inspector:
Promised to show up at the correct address at PROMPTLY at the time stated but instead showed up early and never went inside the house.

Tony and his crew did a phenomenal job. Very responsive! Lost some shingles in a windstorm and even before we had a contract in place, he had a crew out there within a couple of days to cover affected areas with tarp. On time, very reasonable price, and did what he said he would. Definitely recommend.

I had leak damage around my chimney which resulted in severely damaged decking. It was replaced and repaired exactly when Tony said it would be. Some shingles had blown off on the south side of house and he replaced these also. Give them a call, I would definitely use him again.
